How to request cancellation

The current store terms state that you must notify the seller of your decision to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them by sending a notice of withdrawal. You can request a withdrawal form by writing to [email protected].

Returning and shipping goods back

The current store terms state that the goods must be returned to the seller within 7 days of sending the notice of withdrawal. The buyer bears the cost of shipping the goods back.

Goods that may be subject to exceptions

The current store terms list the following exceptions:

• goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or that deteriorate rapidly or are used up quickly;
• goods made specifically for the buyer to an individual order;

Condition of the goods

The current store terms state that the buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. They also state that, in the event of damage to the goods, negligent handling or failure to follow instructions, loss of the original packaging or significant damage to the packaging, the seller reserves the right to reject the withdrawal request or deduct a compensation fee.
