Wholegrain breakfast and picnic roll mix

Wholegrain breakfast and picnic roll mix with poppy, sesame, sunflower and flax seeds.

Ingredients

Wholegrain wheat flour, seed blend (poppy, sesame, sunflower and flax seeds), sugar, baking powder (raising agents E450 and E500, potato starch), salt. Also needed: 320 ml milk and 100 g butter. May contain sesame, peanuts, other nuts and wheat flour.

Preparation

Melt the butter, add the milk, then add everything to the flour mix and stir well. With wet hands, shape small rolls, coat them in the seed mix and arrange on a baking tray. Bake at 190 °C for about 15–20 minutes.

Shelf life: 120 days.
