Discover the secrets of choux pastry at a special pastry workshop in the Grauda Spēks bakery. Our pastry chef Agnese will help you master classic éclairs and profiteroles with a variety of sweet and savoury fillings.

It is a great opportunity to improve your skills and create delicious pastries to delight both you and your guests. Each participant receives an apron, handouts and ingredients, and goes home with the treats they have made. We will enjoy our pastry chef’s creations on site with tea or coffee.
