Līgo workshop: bacon pastries and apple tray bake

Yeast-dough apple tray bake made with wholegrain wheat flour, using a time-tested recipe for excellent flavour and texture
Bacon pastries: learn to bake traditional home-style pastries with a tasty bacon filling
Each participant will bake an apple tray bake and make about 20 bacon pastries to take home

Aprons, handouts, snacks and drinks during the event are provided. All ingredients are included in the price.
