Sweet spring roulade workshop

An offer for companies, groups of friends or birthday celebrations for 8 to 12 people!

Join our warm and delicious pastry workshop, led by our pastry chef Agnese. This time, it is all about roulades: light, delicate sponge cakes and a variety of fillings.

We will make together

• A meringue roulade with seasonal berries and a cream cheese and whipped cream filling
• A classic roulade with a selection of jams and whipped cream

Join us for sweet moments together! As always, there will be a lovely atmosphere, laughter, a glass of prosecco, coffee and tea. Everyone will take home two roulades they have made themselves.

Duration: 3 hours.
